Double Tokyo Club

Double Tokyo is a two-story underground club and bar in Roppongi, Tokyo. The challenge was to retain and enhance the atmosphere for guests to feel like they are at a cavernous underground space while catering the light and functional needs for a bar, and to create a ‘cloud’ on the second lower floor for the basement 2 levels to have aluminum meshes reflect the laser beams and allow the installation of the laser beams and AV systems. The undulating cloud also bridges the 5-meter headroom difference of the dance floor space.

東京有眾多的夜店，尤以六本木及西麻布地區的夜店最受推崇。Double Tokyo是位於六本木的兩層地庫俱樂部及酒吧，顧名思義，Double Tokyo即有兩個截然不同的空間。這次最大的挑戰是營造一個顧客猶如置身於洞穴的環境，同時亦把酒吧自然地融入其中。地庫二樓以鋁網構成起伏不斷的「雲」，可裝置影音及燈光器材外，亦可折射出不同的鐳射光線。
